The Huntsman

My OC Annys, the secondary main character of my novel To Love A Devil (alongside Lucy). He's inspired by Cernunnos, Hern the Hunter and elements of Baphomet.

He appears as a human boy in the real world but Lucy discovers his secret when, stranded with Annys during a vicious storm in the abandoned lighthouse of Altnacorrie in the Scottish Highlands, she realises with every flash of lightning, his shadow has horns. As the story progresses and Lucy begins to venture into the Netherworld, the realm of the faeries, with Annys's help, she becomes caught in a battle between light and dark, Seelie and Unseelie courts, but all the while, Annys stands by her as an unusual but powerful ally.
